Managing RFP Responders
Premium supplier organizations can add or update RFP responder. An RFP responder will receive email notifications for all new RFPs and email notifications for new activities on existing RFPs. This allows premium supplier organizations to assign a specific user to handle incoming RFPs for selected profiles. This creates clear ownership, ensuring planners receive timely and coordinated responses while eliminating confusion about who is responsible for replying.
This feature is available only to organizations with an active Premium Subscription; non-premium accounts do not have the ability to designate an RFP responder. Admins can mark users as RFP Responders for specific profiles via organization-level and profile-level users settings section.
Quote activity notifications are sent only to users assigned as RFP Responders for the relevant profiles. Users who are not designated as responders—including admins—will not receive these quote activity alerts by default. Note : Anyone with access to the profile but not designated as an RFP Responder can still respond to the RFPs and view/interact with it ; however they will not get email notifications about it.
There are no changes to the Daily and Weekly Digest email notifications, which will continue to be sent as usual and can be edited in notification settings
