Sending Individual Quote Requests

If there is a specific supplier that you know you want to work with and would like to directly request a quote from, you can send that supplier an individual quote request outside of a RFP. This request will go directly to the supplier and will skip Reposite’s AI Matching and Trips Marketplace.

Sending individual quote requests can be found in two different ways: Through Supplier Search or through your Project Quote’s Tab.

Supplier Search Flow

Step 1. Click My Suppliers in the left-hand navigation. Supplier Search appears.

Step 2. Search for the supplier you would like to send the direct quote request to. You can search by name, location, and other filter options through the top search filters.

Step 3. Once you find the supplier you want to send the direct request to, select the Request Quote button on their supplier card.

Step 4. Select a project from the modal that you would like this quote to be connected to. A new menu appears on the right side of the screen.

Step 5. Enter information as needed into the Custom Quote Request form. This includes trip/event details such as group size, budget, dates, and more. You may also select project labels for the request to be filed under. For more information about project labels, see the Viewing and Managing Quotes page.

Note: For best results, we recommend providing as much information as you can before sending the quote request. This can be done in the details section. We recommend entering all details you can share with the supplier on what you are looking for and a friendly message/signature.

Step 6. Click the Send button at the bottom of the menu. Your quote request has now been sent!

Create Quote Request drawer. Users need to add information about their trip or event such as the recipient, dates, group size, etc. to send to a supplier.

Project Quote’s Tab Flow

Step 1. Click Projects in the left-hand navigation. A list of your active projects appears.

Step 2. Click on the project which you would like to send a direct quote request for. The selected project’s “Overview” page appears.

Step 3. On the project’s “Overview” page, click on the Quotes tab. An inbox containing a list of the project’s active quotes appears.

Step 4. From the project’s Quotes tab, click on the Create Quote Request button. A new menu appears on the right side of the screen.

The green 'Create Quote Request' button is in the top left of the Quotes page, under the project header.

Step 5. Enter information as needed into the Custom Quote Request form. This includes trip/event details such as group size, budget, dates, and more. You may also select project labels for the request to be filed under. For more information about project labels, see the Viewing and Managing Quotes page.

Step 6. Click the Send button at the bottom of the menu. Your quote request has now been sent!
