Sending RFPs Directly To Suppliers
If there is a specific supplier that you know you want to work with and would like to directly request a quote from, you can send that supplier a direct RFP. This request will go directly to the supplier - you have the option to send this in addition to Reposite’s publish RFP feature, or you can follow this workflow in lieu of Reposite’s AI matching.

How to Send RFPs Directly to Your Trusted Suppliers from “My Supplier” section :
Navigate to the "My Suppliers" Section
Log into your account and go to the "My Suppliers" section on the left panel. Here, you will see a search interface of all supplier profiles.Click on "Send RFP"
Apply filters to find the supplier you wish to send an RFP to and click the "Send RFP" button next to their name. This action will trigger a popup window, where you can select the project and the relevant RFP to send. This ensures that the RFP is correctly associated with the right project.Click "Send RFP"
Click the "Send RFP" button to send the RFP directly to the chosen supplier.
Tip : If you filter by RFP on the search page your results will only include suppliers that match the requirements of the RFP. To do this, filter out the specific Project and RFP before searching for a specific supplier.
