Vendor Sourcing opportunity from Event Container
This integration between Event Container and Reposite lets Cvent planners source vendors directly from the EC interface. It streamlines vendor management by allowing planners to create, link, and manage Reposite projects and RFPs within their event workflow.
Key Features
Vendors Card & Tab - Planners can add a Vendors card to the Event Features tab, which creates a dedicated Vendors tab in the event navigation for sourcing vendors across multiple categories (excluding hotels).
Adding Vendor Card
The Vendor card appears on the Event Features tab of an event within the Event Container.
Planners can add the Vendor card by clicking "Add" on this card.
Adding the Vendor card will add a "Vendors" tab to the left navigation pane of the event.
The Vendors tab is only visible when the Vendor card is in the "added" state.
If the Vendor card is removed, the Vendors tab should be hidden.
Reposite Project Creation & Linking - Planners can create a Reposite project directly from the EC, with event details auto-filled. Each event links to one Reposite project, and updates in the event will sync to the project.
An active Reposite subscription is required to create projects and RFPs.
RFP Management - The Vendors tab shows RFPs in a sortable grid, with options to create new RFPs and quick access to Reposite for further actions.
Event Container information on Reposite UI: The planners will be able to see event codes and various banners that provide updates on the latest event status.
No Reposite Subscription: In case your Reposite organization has SSO established but there is no active subscription is available, we request planners to reach out to Cvent Support.
